Corrine & Mark {Rainy Day Love}

A lovely rainy day, filled with gorgeous peonies galore!

Corrine & Mark had a vivid vision of peonies, peonies, peonies! We completed this garden look using magenta pinks, raspberry & muted soft pinks, blush and white, with silvery accents.  Corrine & Mark chose the month of June to be wed to incorporate these lovely flowers into the designs. The ceremony came together with a collection of garden roses, freesia, dahlia, orchids, anemones and of course – peonies! This also included a wow-factor birch arch on wine barrels perfectly suited to this local winery, which flanked the couple as they spoke their vows. The arch was adorned with soft trailing foliages including clematis, passion vine and others to soften, along with gorgeous full blown blooms to really welcome guests & capture the look of the day!

A specific detail we paid close attention to was the cake table where we had a special piece of acrylic made to fit the table and filled the surface full of beautifully blown open peonies.This quickly became a favourite piece for my team & I while working to bring the florals together for their day!  It was magical and really set the cake apart as a special piece next to the head table!
