The winter weather in Niagara (sort of like what we’re having now), would make it hard for any soon-to-be bride to imagine an outdoor wedding; but, Fleurish always has a little inspiration to share with you! Let’s take a peek at Amanda & Will’s gorgeous August wedding (beautiful weather included!), and get inspired by some lush blooms.
Amanda & Will were a great couple to work with, they really had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve for their big day, they were hoping for a very specific look that incorporated a summery elegance with a rustic vibe, and we nailed it! Cave Springs Winery boasted a perfect backdrop for the couple’s outdoor ceremony, where lavish romantic florals in mint, soft peach & lavender, and ivories with summery foliages decorated the vineyard setting.
The bride’s bouquet was a lovely combination of hydrangea, dahlias, lisianthus, and zinnias mixed with free flowing greens and fillers to create the organic style. Her bridesmaids carried simple clutches with simple floral accents that complimented the summery bridal bouquet.
Amanda & Will’s centrepieces were something I couldn’t help but fall in love with (I mean come on, rustic meets garden charm, who could resist!). These stunning florals came together atop barn board slabs (a popular look in the studio these days) with white lanterns and boasted some of my absolutely favourite seasonal blooms including dahlias, zinnias, maiden hair fern and peewee hydrangea.
Congratulations Amanada & Will!
